The most important thing is to make sure that the delicate skin under your eye is properly moisturized. The best way to do this is by making sure you have a hydrating eye cream. It is best to use it morning and night. After you start using the eye cream daily for 3-4 weeks, you will see a different in your skin and the way your concealer looks.
The other thing to consider is how you apply your concealer. You should start at the inner corner, and work the product in a down and out motion. Make sure you get it right at the last line, as that’s where we usually need the most coverage. You can apply the product with a concealer brush, or your finger. Then take you ring finger and gently “dab” the product into your skin.
The third thing to do is powder the area. Use a fluffy brush, in a sweeping motion, from outer corner to inner corner (yep in the opposite way that you applied the concealer). This keeps the powder from settling in your natural under-eye creases, and makes creases less visible. You can dab your under eye again if you need too. And keep your concealer brush handy, you might need it for blending after you apply your foundation.
